Thursday Island
Passed Possession Island which is the island Capt Cook landed on. We passed it the other day with Bennie but I forgot to blog it. Did a taxi tour with driver Ron, much the same price as the tour bus but more personal. He was great. Beautiful place with much history, would have liked to spend more time in the cemetery and the fort. Had a beer in Australias Top pub, had great fresh prawns at the Grande Hotel for lunch and we have bought lobster for the crew tonight. I'm running out of adjectives to describe all the beautiful places we've seen. Lawrie was great company on the way back!
